      1. Setup Serverless and Pipeline Operator should not be installed
2. Navigate to Create Serverless Function form
3. Enter Git URL https://github.com/vikram-raj/hello-func-node

      Actual results:

      Page breaks

      Expected results:

      Page should not break and user can create Serverless Funciton
