      Description of problem:

      setting consumer httpPublisher endpoint is not working for multi node endpoints with NODE_NAME replacer

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.set - "--http-event-publishers=ptp-event-publisher-service-NODE_NAME.openshift-ptp.svc.cluster.local:9043" 
2.and deploy consumer. 
3. Consumer won't able to reach ptp event publisher

      Actual results:

       

      Expected results:

      Consumer should ale to do health check on ptp publisher service
