sg3_utils package is missing in the assisted-installer-agent Docker file

On vSphere platform, Disk UUID check fails due to the sg3_utils package missing in the docker file which checks the disk UUID.

1. Create a cluster through the agent installer with platform: vsphere in the install-config 
2. Execute "sudo journalctl TAG=agent | grep "hasUUID is false for path"" to check availability of sg3_utils package.

Getting below error in the logs:

Logs should not return any error message for sg3_utils package.
