Default values for Scaling fields is not set in Create Serverless function form

How reproducible:
Install Red Hat Serverless operator and create knative Eventing and Serving CRs
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Create Serverless function form 2. Enter Git URL https://github.com/vikram-raj/hello-func-node 3. Open the Advanced option Scaling
Actual results:
All the fields value set to 0
Expected results:
All the fields value should not set to 0
