Width of Labels text box in Create DBaaSPolicy screen is not consistent with other text boxes

OSD 4.12

1. Make sure RHODA Operator is installed on the Openshift cluster
2. Login to Openshift cluster and navigate to Operators --> Installed Operators  on the left vertical nav menu
3. Select "redhat-dbaas-operator" from the project drop down and Select "Openshift Database Access Operator"
4. Click on "Provider Account Policy" tab and Click on "Create DBaaSPolicy" button
5. On the "Create DBaaSPolicy" screen, the width of Labels text box is not consistent and larger than other textboxs
