Most apis(crds) of ESO are marked as "Not available" in the description

      Description of problem:

      There are 23 apis for ESO but only 2 apis have the description (ExternalSecrets and ExternalSecretsManager). All other apis' description is "Not available".

      4.20

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.install the redhat eso
    2.click the "Ecosystem" --> "Installed Operators" --> "External Secrets Operator for Red Hat OpenShift"

      Actual results:

      "Not available" descritpion for 21 apis.

      Expected results:

      All the apis should have one suitable description.

      Additional info:

      The apis have the description in the crds' description but can't be shown in the console. The console only shows the (ExternalSecrets and ExternalSecretsManager) 's description.
