      1. Create pipeline with parameters and add description to the params
2. Start the pipeline and navigate to created pipelinerun
3. Select

      Parameters 

      tab and check the description of the params

      Actual results:

      Description feild of the params are empty

      Expected results:

      Description of the params should be present
