Description of problem:
There is no simple way to download a kubeconfig for ServiceAccounts or Users. (with or without token involvement)
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.13+
How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ServiceAccount or User 2. Optionally create Token 3. Find no download link for kubeconfig in console
Actual results:
Multiple CLI steps are required
Expected results:
Generating service account tokens either on demand and downloading a kubeconfig optionally containing token should be very easy.
Additional info:
Integrations using ServiceAccounts need easy access to a kubeconfig including token and CA certs. Users who were not involved with installation and login to console using IDP should be able to download a kubeconfig with CA certs. https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6992422 https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-7308 https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CONSOLE-3524 https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-54613
