      Before this update, when an attempt is made to deploy OpenShift on a server configured with ilo4-virtualmedia driver, provisioning always fails with an error similar to “creating vfat image failed: Unexpected error while running command”. This is caused by dosfstools and util-linux packages missing from Ironic image. In {product-title} 4.13 and later, these packages have been added so provisioning with ilo4-virtualmedia driver will no longer hit this issue.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.configure some nodes with ilo4-virtualmedia://
2.attempt provisioning

      Actual results:

      provisioning fails with error similar to  Failed to inspect hardware. Reason: unable to start inspection: Validation of image href https://10.1.235.67:6183/ilo/boot-9db13f93-861a-4d27-b20d-2c228559faa2.iso failed, reason: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='10.1.235.67', port=6183): Max retries exceeded with url: /ilo/boot-9db13f93-861a-4d27-b20d-2c228559faa2.iso (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self-signed certificate in certificate chain (_ssl.c:1129)')))
