      SPO should offer to enable monitoring when installed from GUI

      1. enable a catalog with SPO
2. select SPO for installation from the GUI
3.

      Actual results:

      the checkbox to enable monitoring is missing

      Expected results:

      the checkbox to enable monitoring should be there
