Steps to reproduce:
Preconditions: prepare airgaped env., internal git server with HTTPS protocol (in my case bitbucket) and prepared maven repo, create a project under a regular user

• Login under regular user and switch to the created project
• Switch to developer perspective and select Git Repository card menu
• Add git HTTPS URL Git Repo URL

Expected result: The git URL should be accessible
Actual result: We have messages like URL is valid but cannot be reached. If this is a private repository, enter a source Secret in advanced Git options
