    Description

      Description of problem:

      When deploying Openshift on top of VMWARE, if datastores names are too long, a log line **Failed to setup mount unit: Invalid argument** is produced.

      In current environment it produces 60 millions of elastic documents within 24 hours on logging stack which overloads the log forwarding.

      Bug is fixed by RHBZ#1940973 and released in RHEL8.7 on RHBA-2022:7727.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.8.z -> 4.10.31

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install cluster on top of vmware with vmdk storage and long datastores names
      2. Schedule pods
      3. Error is thrown

      Actual results:

      Error is produced and while workload can be scheduled on other try, the logs are filled with previous error.

      Expected results:

      No Error on mount.
