The Kuryr documentation[1] shouldn't mention the possibility to set parameters in the LoadBalancer section in the cloud-provider config since that is not handled by CCM when using Kuryr. Kuryr itself already handles any load-balancing request.
The installation-osp-setting-cloud-provider-options.adoc file would need to be updated to address that. Other settings are possible to be added to that config file, like cinder CSI.
