      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-15257. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      Metrics exposed by the openshift-oauth-apiserver are not collected in Prometheus.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. On the Administrator web view of the Console, go to Observe -> Targets
2. Search for the openshift-oauth-apiserver target
