CVO log Synchronizing status failure should provide meaningful information

there is status synchronization inside CVO that being logged. currently it contains validation errors if any, as well as the Sync Worker Status. the Failure field in the latter supposed to include useful information, but currently a pointer memory address is logged instead.

Failure status contains meaningful information
