      Description of problem:

      NTO does not include PerformanceProfiles in oc adm must-gather.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a cluster with a PerformanceProfile applied
2. Issue "oc adm must-gather"
3. Search for the PerformanceProfile in the must-gather archive.

      Actual results:

      Performanceprofile not present in the archive

      Expected results:

      Performanceprofile present in the archive

      Additional info:

      This will help us dealing with customer cases.
