      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-13340. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      In case configuration provided by user is wrong, we should not block infra nodes drain by creating pdb

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      Create bad configmap

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Actual results:

      Pdb is created and drain is blocked

      Expected results:

      Drain should not be blocked
