Description of problem:

This bug is being raised as a result of the investigation done in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OPNET-258 . It turns out that the OVNK tests are failing at least in part due to the capture tests which are not respecting our overrides for the primary and secondary interfaces. For the time being we will just skip those tests, but we should get them working so we have full test coverage of all the operator features.
