    Description

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-11552. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      When oc-mirror generates a catalog image, it sets the CMD to "serve /configs", which is not in line with the workaround from OCPBUGS-6741.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Mirror an operator package from the catalog with oc-mirror
2. Apply the CatalogSource to a running openshift cluster
3. Observe the pod in the openshift-marketplace namespace

      Actual results:

      Pod crashloops with the following log entry:
Error: compute digest: compute hash: write tar: stat .: os: DirFS with empty root

      Expected results:

      Pod comes ready, OLM updates packages from registry.
