      Description of problem:

      The render command is generating manifests with uid now. 
We don't need it to be part of the data for our render-expected-output

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. call 'make render-sync'

      Actual results:

      Manifests are generated with uid

      Expected results:

      Manifests should be generated without uid
