Introduce "first-class citizen" support of Routes for cert-manager in OpenShift.
 

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Currently cert-manager integrates with Routes by creating Ingresses and via Ingress Controller. This solution doesn't give the best user experience. We'd like to introduce first-class citizen support for Routes in OpenShift.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Implement the missing bits in cert-manager upstream.
