There is no ability to remove a cluster-wide proxy URLs from the UI once they have been configured.

To that end, add a 'Configure Proxy URLs' checkbox which when unchecked will remove existing urls from the backend (if urls exist) and also hide the cluster wide proxy URL fields in the UI.

tle@redhat.com I'm a little confused about screen above ^,  If checkbox unchecked and NO trust bundle uploaded, do we show the 'upload trust bundle' form?  If so, does it make sense to specify a trust bundle but NOT URLs?  Almost seems like 'trust bundle' should be under/grouped with the URLs and the checkbox.

Maybe checkbox should include both the URLs and the trust bundle, or some other control like a button that just has 'Delete Cluster wide proxy settings' -maybe tooltip or help indicating URLs and trust bundle will be removed.
