Mexico Region doesn't appear as an enabled region for ROSA in wizard when hitting the option from AWS Console

      Mexico region was enabled last week according to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ROSA-217.

       

      If I create a new fresh aws account, enable Mexico region, and then click "get started" on OpenShift option from that aws account, a message indicating "Region unsuppported" appears.
