Clusters resuming from Hibernate continue to have 'Limited Support' flag

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create cluster (seems to not matter whether rosa or osd)
      • Hibernate cluster
      • Resume hibernation
      • NOTE: Cluster returns to 'Ready' state but still has 'limited support' flag, see screenshot
