[OCM UI QE] Cover missing "Edit subscription" action in registered cluster definition for CIs

      Currently cypress/e2e/clusters/RegisterCluster.js case used in both smoke and dev CIs having a missing checkpoint related to the "edit subscription" action. We would need to update the definition from test case side. This also helps to catch the issues reported in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCMUI-2044
