Description of problem: following https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OADP-585, we should address OADP 1.0.x & OCP 4.11 compatibility issue, whether by removing the 1.0.x CSVs from OCP 4.11 or by documenting the CSI compatibility issue with velero 1.7 and OCP 4.11 (velero version <1.9 expects API group snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1beta1, while OCP 4.11 has only snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1).
