We want to sync with the ROSA docs as much as possible, and therefore need to include Rosa modules that either create more context or help us maintain less doc on the OADP side

There are three main OADP sections in the ROSA docs:

https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/virt/backup_restore/virt-backup-restore-overview.html - this can be ignored as we created these modules

https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/cloud_experts_tutorials/cloud-experts-deploy-api-data-protection.html - this section would be useful to bring across either partially or completely, as it is in tutorial form.

https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/rosa_backing_up_and_restoring_applications/backing-up-applications.html - some parts of this section would be useful
