CSI Backup is not blocked and does not wait for snapshot to complete

Description of problem: CSI Backup is not blocked waiting for snapshot to complete.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.01

How reproducible: random

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create multiple times CSI backups of a persistent application, and check if backup status changes to "Complete"  and the VolumeSnapshotContent created for it has not yet moved to readyToUse=true 

Actual result: Delay is random and can also take 10 minutes in worst cases.

Expected result: Expecting the backup to be blocked until snapshot completes.
