      I sometimes see the sum of the topK metrics being bigger than the total app metric, which doesn't make sense.

      I'm investigating .. my initial idea is that there's something wrong when multiple queries are run and merged (in MatrixMerger) ; to be confirmed, but I think the problem doesn't show up when a single query is run (e.g. by setting src namespace filter, as opposed to common namespace filter)
