      Description of problem:

      When performance test is run on downstream builds, FLP CPU and EBPF RSS shows increase of ~20% and ~16% respectively consistently for both the workloads.
      
      

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Run the performance test with downstream build and compare to nightly runs which happens on upstream builds
