Add some timestamps to the tunnel script

Add some timestamps to the tunnel script so we know when it goes down, etc.? right now it's informational and pretty robust, but if something's wrong on rh's end, we can't say with a lot of certainty what day/time the errors we saw in the script output were. so even just a quick output of date when a reconnect attempt is made would be great.

It would be good to make that into a PR and not just a local change to our scripts. see what the rh folks say.
