needs coming from several discussions:

• more debug info when the case fails
• more By statements during the execution of test cases
• can we tag/label the test cases that need more execution time so that some quick testing can be done on the fly in a Makefile target filtering out cases that need more time ?
• Some builders have been changed to Build pointers to Kubernetes objects. This better aligns with what the Kubernetes API usually need to deal with. Can we change all the builders to build pointers?
• all the builders file names end with _builder.go. We may remove that suffix as they are already in the folder builder/
• remove functions that are not specific to a given test suite from the test cases file and move them to testing/framework so that they can be consumed by more suites instead of duplicating code.
