Currently, the console build a map of the nodeArchitectures in the cluster and stores it in a configmap that only the console can use. As an author of an operator or workload that needs this information, I want to have access to this information without having to rebuild it myself.

Acceptance criteria:
The config specification for available node architectures is moved to a namespace / configmap that can be read by all operators/workloads in the cluster. This might affect which operator needs to build it.
