Create SKUs for OCP on ARM

      Depending on how OCP on ARM is going to be sold, SKUs need to be either created or modified to include the EngIDs for ARM content. So far these include:

      419: "Red Hat Enterprise Linux for ARM 64"
584: "Red Hat Enterprise Linux for ARM 64 - Extended Update Support"
493: "Red Hat CodeReady Linux Builder for ARM 64"
591: "Red Hat CodeReady Linux Builder for ARM 64 - Extended Update Support"
680: "Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform for ARM 64"
659: "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Fast Datapath (for RHEL for ARM 64)"
660: "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Fast Datapath Beta (for RHEL for ARM 64)"
408: "Red Hat Ansible Engine"
518: "Red Hat CoreOS"
519: "Red Hat CoreOS Beta"
603: "OpenShift Developer Tools and Services"

      Additional EngIDs will need to be added for add-ons once they become available.
