As the Slack Watcher on shift, I need to monitor the #forum-ocp-multi-arch and #forum-ocp-arm Slack channels for any questions that are addressed to the channel during the Sprint 242 time frame, so that the questions addressed to the teams can be answered.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Questions in the channels are answered
• If the Slack watchers are unable to answer any question, the Slack watcher has brought the question to the right people from the team
• Update the following doc with helpful information: https://docs.engineering.redhat.com/display/MULTIARCH/Multi+Arch+Slack+Watchers+Help+Doc
• Jira ticket for Slack Watching for the next Sprint created for the next assignees
• Update the '@multiarch-helpdesk' role in Slack to the next assignees (Navigate to People & user groups->User groups, search for @multiarch-helpdesk)
