The current tooltips don't help users understand the definitions of Source provider and Target provider.

1. Install MTV 2. Create a migration plan 3. Navigate to a plan detail page
Expected results:
Source provider: The repository or distribution channel you want to migrate your virtual machines from into the OpenShift cluster. Target provider: The OpenShift cluster you want to migrate your virtual machines to.
