      Description of problem:

      When migrating Windows VMs, MTV does not install the QEMU Guest Agent -- requiring it to be installed through separate automation or manually.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Creating a Windows VM in VMware
2. Creating migration plan to migrate the VM to OCP
3. Wait for the migration to complete
4. Check if the QEMU Guest Agent is installed and running. And if it's reporting the Agent as connected in OCP.

      Actual results:

      Guest Agent is not installed or connected post migration

      Expected results:

      Guest Agent should be installed post migration.
