Description of problem:

When tried to filter stakeholders with no string matching the assertion message that "No stakeholders available" is not displayed.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create multiple stakeholders 
2. Filter by any field (Email, Name etc.) and search the non-existing string
3. 

Actual results:

 No text is present

Expected results:

 "No stakeholders available"
