Description of problem:

after creating a migration wave and exporting it to Jira, in Jira when closing the ticket and marking it as done, the status changes to "Not Started" in migration waves

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to migration waves and export a migration wave to jira
2.Navigate to Jira and look for the migrated ticket and mark it as done
3.The status changes for the migration wave to "Not Started"

Actual results:

after marking the ticket as done and closing it, the status changes to Not Started

Expected results:

After closing the ticket and marking it as done the Status Should change relatively such as "Closed" Or "Done"
