Description of problem:

Credentials field is empty when editing existing Jira connection instance. User needs to select any existing credentials to save any changes.

 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create jira creds
2. Create jira connection
3. Edit that Jira connection

Actual results:

 Credentials field will be empty

Expected results:

 Field should contain credentials used when creating connection
