Description of problem

The tag list doesn't get updated after a new tag is created . One has to navigate to another page and come back to get the updated list .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Controls->Tags
2. Click 'Create tag' , Select any tag category , for eg: Application Type

Actual results

Tag list under Tag Category doesn't get updated after new tag creation

Expected results  

Tag list under Tag Category should get updated after new tag creation

Additional info:

This is a regression and it doesn't occur in 6.1.
