Description of problem

When importing applications through the csv import in the application inventory, when trying to import more than one file, the "Success! file saved to be processed." alert will only be displayed for the first uploaded file, and won't show any more notifications until the page is reloaded.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the "Application Inventory" menu and select "import"
2. Upload a valid csv file
3. A notification with the text "Success! file saved to be processed." will be displayed.
4. Import another (can be the same file) csv.
5. This time, no notification will show. This will last until the page is reloaded

Actual results

Only the first notification is displayed when multiple files are imported.

Expected results

A notification should be displayed for each file imported
