Description of problem

After copying an assessment, if it's discarded, a notification is displayed with the text "Success! Assessment discarded for Application". 

However, the problem is that this notification is only displayed the first time the above process is done.

How reproducible

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Complete an assessment for an application
2. Copy that assessment to other application
3. Discard the copied assessment.
4. A notification will be displayed
5. Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3.
6. No notification will be displayed this time. This will last until the page is reloaded.

Actual results

Only the first notification is displayed when copying and discarding assessments on multiple applications.

Expected results

A notification should be displayed for each assessment discarded.
