Description of problem:

When creating a new custom migration target with a name that already exists, this error message is displayed: "A custom target with this name already exists. Please use a different name."
The word "Please" should be removed since the PatternFly standards indicate not to say "please" in UI copy. "It's extraneous and can make your message sound too formal."
