Enable deploying ModeShape as a service in JBossAS

To enable the JBoss deployment, the following needs to be done:

• create the JOPR/JON plugin used to administer ModeShape
• create a managed component artifact that can be deployed that enables JOPR/JON administration
• create the war deployment artifact that will deploy to JBoss AS
