Registering unsupported namespaces should result in NamespaceException

If I call NamespaceRegistry.registerNamespace("stupid:namespace") this is accepted AND working fine afterwars until I shutdown the repo.

But next time I try to acces the repo everything freaks out.

There should maybe be a NamespaceException in the first place.
