File system connector's generated events should match similar operations with internal nodes

With 4.0.0.Alpha1 and MODE-2040, the file system connector is now generating events when the files/folders change. However, the events are not sufficient nor do they match the events that would be fired if a similar action happened internally. For example, when a file is added, a 'NodeAdded' event is fired but no 'PropertyAdded' events are fired. That makes it impossible for event-based systems like sequencing to respond correctly to these events.
