GWT Maven plugin should use a property for the version, and should match the version of GWT

Recent changes (see this commit for MODE-2105 and MODE-2016) corrected the POM file of the repository explorer project to specify the version of the GWT Maven plugin, but it hardcoded the version where it should have used a version property.
