Description

Our current build systems has 2 profiles: preferIpv4 and preferIpv6 to control ipv4 / ipv6 parameters sent to the Surefire JVM when running the tests.

At the moment, they have the wrong values configured and by default no preferred profile is used.

We should use by default ipv4 and overwrite it in exceptional cases.
