Change AS7 kit to use Hibernate Search and Infinispan 5.2 modules

Change our AS7 modules to be dependent upon the correct slots for the new Hibernate Search and Infinispan 5.2 modules. Then remove the older Hibernate Search modules that our kit is creating.
